There is no such functionality in this plugin. So to add a review form, you need to do a custom development for that. I hope it helps.

Since all of your reviews have variable text length, you should use the option ‘Limit review text? (Number of words to show in each review)’ in plugin settings page.

Use this feature to limit number of words in each review. That way all reviews will be equal in length and no moving of page will happen.

Thanks for using my plugin.

Unfortunately you can’t do that unless by editing the core plugin file.

Use the FTP program to go to wp-content/plugin/twb-woocommerce-reviews folder and edit the file ‘twb-output.php’.

On line 154 replace this code echo'<div class="twb_wcr_author">' .get_comment_author($twb_wc_review). '</div>';

with following:

echo'<div class="twb_wcr_author">' .strtok(get_comment_author($twb_wc_review),' '). '</div>';

Save the file and that should do the work.

Please remember when in future if there’s a plugin update, this change will override.

Sorry for the late reply.

There is a limitation for using transparent color in the plugin but here is a hack. Write transparent in the color code field and it should work. See this image for example https://www.screencast.com/t/LLzgfZOyWWTP

Regarding height on mobile, please share a screenshot as I can’t understand that request.
